Week two was ROUGH…. But I learned a lot about the college football season, so I am ready to go and fire off some wins going forward. We are now 1-5 on the year…not a good start by any means, luckily, it’s a long long season of college football. Let’s recap last week:
- Florida -5.5 over Kentucky (L)
- Baylor +3.5 against BYU (L)
- Pittsburgh +6.5 against Tennessee (L)
Week THREE Bets:
Louisville +2.5 against Florida State: I love love love Malik Cunningham and think he will be too much for Florida State to handle. Louisville has been hot on Friday nights, so I like them to cover the 2.5 points, if not win.
BYU +3.5 against Oregon: I bet against BYU last week and regretted it, so now I am hoping on the bandwagon and will take the points against Oregon. People are saying this BYU team is special and I do not really like Oregon at all here.
Old Dominion +8.5 against Virginia: Old Dominion has already beaten Virginia Tech this year, not that I think they are a lock to upset Virginia as well, but I do like them to cover 8.5 points. It should be a low-scoring and close game. Monarchs keep it close and keep it a one-score game.
Nevada +23.5 against Iowa: This is either the smartest or stupidest pick of the year for me. Iowa’s offense looks AWFUL. The entire world knows it. I don’t see Iowa scoring 23 points, let alone winning by 24. Nevada has scored 41, 38, and 23 in their last few games so their offensive production is there. This might end up being a backdoor cover, but let’s hope they keep it close and maybe even knock off Iowa.
